Wendy Durst Kreeger is an American writer, philanthropist, and member of the Durst family. Her mother is Bernice Herstein, and her father is Seymour Durst. Her siblings are Robert Durst, Thomas Durst, and Douglas Durst.

Wendy Kreeger graduated from Scarsdale High School, then attended Skidmore College and Washington Square College of arts and science, a university in New York.

Wendy married Douglas Allen Kreeger in a convention held at the Plaza Hotel’s Terrace Room in 1968. It was a magical wedding ceremony.

Douglas Allen Kreeger, Wendy’s husband, grew up in Scarsdale, where he attended Scarsdale High School. He later joined New York University, obtaining a bachelor s degree in general business.

Douglas Kreeger could teach second-grade students on the Lower East Side before he began his career as an author on learning programs for Random House.

Douglas afterward started his own business, Kreeger & Sons of Store, in 1972, selling outdoor gear. His store found fame and had countless customers, which made a significant profit for him. However, he ultimately sold it to adversely affected him.

Wendy’s parents were both Seymour Durst and Bernice Herstein. Her father, Seymour Durst, was a businessman and real estate developer, and he developed the National Debt Clock.

Bernice Herstein, wendy’s mother, was an American socialite who died at a young age, 32 when she jumped off the rooftop of her three-story building. The cause of her death is uncertain, but it was assumed to be a suicide or an accident.
